As Safranhan Art Trading Inc. we are the data controller under Turkey's KVKK. Your identity and contact details, bid and sales records, appraisal photographs and appointment details are processed for performing sales contracts, organising auctions, statutory obligations (invoicing, anti-money-laundering) and communication.
Transfer and retention
Data may be shared with shipping and insurance companies, payment providers and, where legally required, competent authorities. Sales records are kept for statutory retention periods (at least 10 years).
